RiskTool Active Directory customers should be advised of the following. On May 28th RiskTool Technologies is required to update their certification. The easiest way for us to update our Cert is to ask that the following steps are followed.
1.) Download the attachment "rtprod_may_28_update.crt" and save it locally (file name really doesn’t matter).
2.) Open a Command Prompt Window and navigate to where your Trust Store file is located. Example: (C:\Program Files\java\jre1.8.0_201\lib\security)
3.) keytool -delete -alias www.risktool.com -keystore cacerts (please note: cacerts would be name of your Trust Store)
4.) keytool -import -trustcacerts -alias www.risktool.com -file rtprod_may_28_update.crt -keystore cacerts (note: rtprod_may_28_update.crt would match filename saved in first step. cacerts would be name of your Trust Store)
Close and re-open RUDS.
